1.The product has not been used and its original packaging and labels are intact.
2.Make a return or exchange request within 30 days of purchase.
3.Items to be returned or exchanged must have been purchased directly from our website.

2How to apply for a return or exchange

2.Provide the order number, purchase time, product problem description and clear product photos.
3.Our customer service team will process your return or exchange application within 1-2 working days and inform you of the next steps.

3Return and exchange costs

1.Quality issues: If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues, we will bear the return shipping costs and provide you with a full refund or exchange.
2.Non-quality issues: If the return or exchange is due to your personal reasons, you need to bear the return shipping costs.

4Warranty Policy

We provide a 12-month warranty for all our products. If the product cannot be used normally due to quality problems during the warranty period, we will provide you with the following services:

1.During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems, we provide free repair or replacement service.
2.If the product has been discontinued or cannot be repaired, we will provide you with a replacement product of equal value.

5Warranty scope

1.Failures under normal use: including poor data cable contact, plug damage and other quality issues.
2.The warranty does not cover: problems caused by external damage (such as shearing, excessive pulling) or improper human operation (such as excessive bending, water immersion, etc.).

1What is your MOQ

Different product has different MOQ. For OEM orders, our MOQ is 1000 pcs, but we can accept a small quantity for the products if we have them in stock

2Can you print our logo on the product?

Yes, as a charging cable manufacturers, we support OEM/ODM service. We can print your logo, company name, label, etc at your request. we focus on helping you build your brand and expand the market.

3What kind of packaging do you offer?

We have color box/zip bag/opp bag available. The default packaging is zip bag, if you hope to get the color box packaging, we can send you the die-cut, you can design the packaging with your logo accordingly

4What’s the delivery time of the order

If we have it in stock, the shipment could be prepared within 2 working days. For OEM orders, please contact us to discuss more details.

5Could I get the samples for the test before placing the order

Yes, we offer free samples for quality tests or other business purposes, but we kindly ask you to pay for the freight

6Do you have MFI/CE/RoHS Certification?

 Yes, we have MFI/CE/RoHS certification, please contact us for the details

7What are the payment terms?

30% deposit in advance, balance against inspection before shipment

8What payment methods do you support?

Bulk orders: T/T only (30% deposit in advance, 70% prepayment before shipment).

Example orders: T/T, PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay.

9Can we customize chargers and USB cables?

Yes, we support customization of logos, packaging, specification labels, etc.

10Can you provide a wired charger for us?

Yes, we provide wired chargers. You can contact our sales team and we will assist you in purchasing one.

11Can you provide certification for our chargers?

We issue charging certificates regularly each year. For special certification needs, we can assist with expedited processing.

12Do you have your own retail brand of chargers?

No. We focus solely on OEM/ODM. We do not compete with clients in the retail market
