5Warranty scope

1.Failures under normal use: including poor data cable contact, plug damage and other quality issues.
2.The warranty does not cover: problems caused by external damage (such as shearing, excessive pulling) or improper human operation (such as excessive bending, water immersion, etc.).

Different product has different MOQ. For OEM orders, our MOQ is 1000 pcs, but we can accept a small quantity for the products if we have them in stock

2Can you print our logo on the product?

Yes, as a charging cable manufacturers, we support OEM/ODM service. We can print your logo, company name, label, etc at your request. we focus on helping you build your brand and expand the market.

3What kind of packaging do you offer?

We have color box/zip bag/opp bag available. The default packaging is zip bag, if you hope to get the color box packaging, we can send you the die-cut, you can design the packaging with your logo accordingly

4What’s the delivery time of the order

If we have it in stock, the shipment could be prepared within 2 working days. For OEM orders, please contact us to discuss more details.

5Could I get the samples for the test before placing the order

Yes, we offer free samples for quality tests or other business purposes, but we kindly ask you to pay for the freight

6What are the payment terms?

30% deposit in advance, balance against inspection before shipment

7What payment methods do you support?

Bulk orders: T/T only (30% deposit in advance, 70% prepayment before shipment).

Example orders: T/T, PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay.

8Can we customize chargers and USB cables?

Yes, we support customization of logos, packaging, specification labels, etc.

9Can you provide a wired charger for us?

Yes, we provide wired chargers. You can contact our sales team and we will assist you in purchasing one.

We issue charging certificates regularly each year. For special certification needs, we can assist with expedited processing.
