Yes. Regular and standard samples are provided free of charge. Custom sample fees are evaluated based on the design, materials, tooling requirements and project complexity. Any applicable fees will be confirmed before sample production.

Standard payment terms are a 30% T/T deposit before production and the remaining 70% after inspection and before shipment. Alternative terms are subject to written agreement.

The shipping cost depends on the shipment’s weight and volume. We can send the shipment to you by DHL/UPS(3-5 days)/FedEx/TNT/EMS(5-7 days)/Sea/Railway(25-38 days). We will choose the best and safe shipping way as your required. We are also able to send shipments to your forwarder's designated warehouse.
