The laboratory is responsible for training its staff to ensure they are kept informed of laboratory operating procedures, current quality principles, the latest technological processes, and regulatory requirements. We regularly arrange training for laboratory personnel and organize them to learn relevant electronic knowledge and industry standards. Exchanging ideas with industry professionals and participating in other activities to expand business capabilities is crucial for improving the laboratory’s efficiency and development. 1🛒Follow a Regular Equipment Maintenance Plan

Regular equipment maintenance is one of the most effective ways to ensure accurate and reliable laboratory results. Therefore, the laboratory has developed and strictly adheres to a preventative maintenance plan. After each preventative maintenance procedure, all relevant documentation, such as a maintenance checklist, is completed, along with the appropriate authorization and signature.

Calibration is one of the key parameters for regulatory inspections. Calibration demonstrates the accuracy and precision of equipment when performing measurements. Equipment should be calibrated according to a regular calibration schedule, and relevant records, including approvals and signatures, should be properly maintained. All of the above calibration-related tasks can be easily handled using Quality Management System (QMS) software (such as Simpler QMS). This software allows us to manage documentation for each piece of equipment, create tasks and assign them to relevant personnel, and send email notifications when calibration activities are due.

Inspectors will check whether department staff have the ability to perform daily tasks, such as adherence to safety principles, sample handling, and other activities. Laboratory management is responsible for conducting training programs. In this regard, automating training using Quality Management System (QMS) software such as Simpler QMS is a worthwhile investment, as it helps us efficiently manage all aspects from training planning to execution. Training can be easily scheduled based on employee titles and roles. The software can also track training due dates, distribute necessary training materials, and send notifications when new training materials are released. Finally, upon completion of training, the software automatically generates a training certificate with an electronic signature.
